The "XCalibur4640" is a 6U VPX type CPU board equipped with an Intel Xeon D-1500 (Broadwell-DE) processor. It offers up to 32GB of DDR4-2133 ECC SDRAM in two channels, two XMC/PrPMC slots, and up to 64GB of SATA NAND flash.
